Whenever you avail any of our Astrological services, it will be implied that you (the user of our website) agree to the terms and conditions described herein.
VedicStore.com: A Team of Astrologers Extraordinaire provides astrological predictions based on the Vedic Astrological principles that interpret the impact of various planets on human beings and their affairs. The predictions are to be treated purely as interpretation of astrological configurations. Interpretations made by VedicStore.com: A Team of Astrologers Extraordinaire can differ from the interpretations made by any other astrologer.
Please do not tell us what other readers (astrologers, psychics etc) may have told you. Why? Because, it may create bias in our (you and our veteran astrologer) mind towards each other.
Jyotish, Vedic Astrology is a spiritual science and not a material science. There is no guarantee for predictions and remedies given.

VedicStore.com: A Team of Astrologers Extraordinaire will only use information revealed in a client’s horoscope for the purpose of communicating predictive results directly to that client.

In no event shall VedicStore.com: A Team of Astrologers Extraordinaire its owners, panel of astrologers, employees, agents, suppliers, or contractors be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss of income or profit, damage to property, not coming up to your satisfaction, claims of third parties, or any other kind of losses arising out of or in connection to the VedicStore.com web site.
The horoscope and predictive advice received by client should not be used as a substitution for the advice, programs, or treatment that would normally be received from a licensed professional, such as a accountant, HR, lawyer, doctor, psychiatrist, or a financial adviser.
VedicStore.com: A Team of Astrologers Extraordinaire will not be held responsible for any claims regarding negative results following undertaking of astrological remedies (gemstones, talismans, sri nav ratna gems and jewelry, rahu ring, mantras, or any rituals etc.).
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO THE CONTENT
You acknowledge that the Content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or distributed via email, commercially produced information presented to the user by VedicStore.com, its suppliers, and/or advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You are not permitted to copy, use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works from the Content unless expressly authorized by VedicStore.com, its suppliers, or advertisers in writing.
Except as otherwise stated in these Terms of Service (Astrology), all notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via email or by registered mail acknowledgement due. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after an email is sent, or 3 days after it’s served to VedicStore.com at the address set forth below:

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules in the Trinidad and Tobago (short: T&T) Law.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the rules in the (T&T) Law, and judgement on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party has the right to seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the city of Chaguanas, Trinidad and Tobago in order to protect the rights of such party pending the completion of any arbitration hereunder, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of (T&T) and venue in the city of Chaguanas, Trinidad and Tobago for any such proceeding.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter(s).
RETURNS & CANCELLATION
Customers are requested to exercise due discretion and care while ordering astrological reports, because once the report has been allocated to an astrologer for processing, no refund requests will be entertained. However, if you wish to cancel an order for a report, you can do so within one hour of placing the order, in which case you will have to e-mail our customer care team at [email protected]
The delivery time-frames displayed on our website are approximate, but we make every effort to strictly adhere to them. However, since these reports are personalized and manually prepared by our astrologers, sometimes human delays may become inevitable. Minor delays which are considered reasonable will not be treated as a basis for refunds. Also, refund requests for incorrect data provided by customers will not be entertained under any circumstances. You are therefore requested to double-check your data before providing it to us. Still, if you e-mail us at [email protected] within an hour of ordering the report, we will consider making the appropriate changes.
TALK TO ASTROLOGER MINUTES
Once you have paid for the minutes to speak to the astrologers, refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
MAIL ORDER PRODUCTS
For delivery outside Trinidad and Tobago or International:
Due to regulatory constraints, we do not accept returns of physical products once order is shipped. We take utmost care to ensure that customers are kept informed about the order process along with photographs of the products. We have multi-level inspection of the products before shipping and every effort is made to ensure that you get the product as per your expectation and product description. In case of any discrepancy, please get in touch with our Customer Support before the product is shipped.
For delivery within Trinidad and Tobago or Local:
We accept return of physical products within 7 days of receipt of the product by the customer, in case of any manufacturing defect. We offer refund of the product price, excluding shipping and taxes. Customers need to intimate our Customer Support to initiate return of the product. Refund will be issued through the same payment method that was used to make the payment.
As our products are personalized and rituals are performed on behalf of the customer, we are unable to exchange the product for any reason. In case you wish to change your product, you may contact our Customer Support before we ship the product. Customer Support will let you know of the feasibility and additional costs, if any.
All returns/upgrades are at the sole discretion and case to case decision of the Management.
